Pilates
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on flexibility, strength, and endurance. Pilates is commonly used for musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, sport performance, prevention of injuries, and general health and wellbeing.

At Gladstone Health Lodge we use a variety of Pilates equipment such as the reformer, trapeze table, barrel, chair and other Pilates accessories. We offer private sessions and small group classes. We allow a small number of clients into our group classes so we can tailor each session for your individual needs and to help reach your fitness goals.
